Hello! I'm Cristian I am a chef for the last 5 years and I joined CulinaryON wonderful team 2 years ago. I love to cook and some of my specialties are Pasta Carbonara, Romanian dishes, sea food and fish. Yet, my favorite of all is a classic one that has a lot of history attached related to Lord Wellington and Napoleon: Can you guess it? :-)

What will we prepare?
We will prepare two delicious dishes with you!

Below you will find a list of ingredients and cooking equipment that we will use during the event. Please note the quantity of ingredients is for 2 servings!
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 gr flower
  • 150 gr flower (to work with)
  • 25 gr onion
  • 350 gr tomato sauce
  • 10 gr olive oil
  • 200 gr aubergine
  • 150 ml vegetable oil
  • 5 gr basil
  • 70 gr cherry tomatoes
  • 30 gr parmesan
  • 40 gr mozzarella (fior di latte)
Salt and pepper according to own taste

    Pasta alla Norma
    Cooking equipment:
    • 1 Cooking Pot Medium Size
    • 2 Pans
    • Rolling Pin (Can be replaced with a bottle of wine empty or full 😀)
    • 1 Cutting Board
    • 1 Chef Knife
    • 1 Strainer
    • 3 Small Bowls (Can Be Replaced With A Deep Plate)
    • 1 Big Bowl
    • 1 Medium Size Bowl (Can Be Replaced With Deep Plate)
    • 1 Wooden Spatula
    • 1 Ladle
    • 1 Fork
    • 250 gr mascarpone
    • 3 eggs
    • 60 gr sugar
    • 100 ml coffee
    • 100 ml water
    • 50 gr Savoiardi cookies
    • 15 gr cocoa
    Classic Tiramisù
    Cooking equipment:
    • 2 cognac glasses (or any other deep glass you have)
    • 1 whisk
    • 2 medium size bowls
    • 1 small bowl for cocoa
    • 1 silicone spatula
    • 1 spoon
