Introduction
Our Event Master will introduce you into the CulinaryOn's world while the Chef will share with you some of his secrets and present to you the recipes we are going to cook today, adding some of his little secrets.
Let's Start cooking! Positive attitude is key here
Our Chef will guide you through the process for each recipe, step by step and our Event Master will follow too since they will do the same dishes together with you.

You will become your own private chef!

Once the dishes are ready, we invite you to show them to the camera so everyone can see your work and enjoy it together! Take some nice pictures for your Instagram, but don't forget to tag us too @culinaryon.ro :)

We will take a short break for you to enjoy the meals, but don't go anywhere.. we still have something for you!
QuizOn Challenge!
In the end, we prepared for you a super cool and engaging activity, to test your general knowledge about Asian cuisine, drinks, art or culture. There will be 20 questions that will pop up on your screen, and you have 30 seconds to choose the correct answer from your phone.

Don't worry, our Event Masters will make sure you get all the instructions during the event!

* Be aware that for this game to go smoothly we strongly recommend you to use 2 devices:
- One device for the meeting (laptop/tablet/desktop)
- The second device should be a phone or a tablet. You will use this to scan a QR code that will open the game website, which will allow you to choose the answer.

What will we prepare?
We will prepare two delicious dishes with you!
  • Beef Stir Fry
  • Sweet Mango Rice
Below you will find a list of ingredients and cooking equipment that we will use during the event. Please note the number of ingredients is for 1 serving!

IMPORTANT:
Participants living outside Bucharest or Romania, have to procure:
100 gr. Beef Tenderloin
1 carrot
1 onion
1 green pepper
1 garlic
1 mango fruit
Beef Stir Fry
Ingredients:
  • 100 gr. Beef Tenderloin (Vegetarians or Vegans should take this out.)
  • 20 gr. Carrot
  • 20 gr. Red Onion
  • 20 gr. Green Pepper
  • 10 ml Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 10 ml Soy Sauce
  • 2 Gloves of Garlic
  • 50 gr. Basmati Rice
  • 20 gr. Mushrooms
  • 10 gr. White Sesame
  • 10 gr. Black Sesame

Cooking equipment:
  • A cooking knife
  • One cutting board
  • One spoon
  • One kettle
  • One fork
Sweet Mango Rice
Ingredients:
  • 125 gr. Jasmine Rice
  • 20 gr. Brown Sugar
  • 200 ml Coconut Milk
  • One Mango Fruit
  • 10 gr. White Sesame

Cooking equipment:
  • Two kettles
  • Two spoons
  • One whisk
