Step-by-step recipe
Step 1
Combine chocolate and butter in
a bain marie. Turn on the
medium heat and cook the
mixture. Stir the mixture
constantly until it is melted and
fully combined together. The
bottom of the bowl with
chocolate should not be touching
the water.
Step 2
Whisk the eggs and sugar in a
separate bowl. Then add flour
and whisk to combine so there
are no lumps.
Step 3
Combine the warm chocolate
and the egg mixtures together.
Step 4
Brush the baking molds with soft
butter thoroughly.
Step 5
Distribute the mixture
to the molds evenly. Bake for 10 12
minutes in a preheated oven
(180 degrees). Drizzle some
topping on a plate, put the tortino
on top, dust it with powdered
sugar and serve with some ice
cream on the side.
