Introduction
Our Event Master will introduce you into the CulinaryOn's world while the Chef will share with you some of his secrets and present to you the recipes we are going to cook today, adding some of his little secrets.
Let's Start cooking! Positive attitude is key here
Our Chef will guide you through the process for each recipe, step by step and our Event Master will follow too since they will do the same dishes together with you.

You will become your own private chef!

Once the dishes are ready, you need to show it to the camera so everyone can see your work and enjoy it together! Take some nice pictures for your Instagram, but don't forget to tag us too @culinaryon.ro :)

What will we prepare?
We will prepare two delicious dishes with you!
  • Pork fillet in beer sauce
  • Special Dark beer BBQ marinade
Below you will find a list of ingredients and cooking equipment that we will use during the event.
Pork fillet in beer sauce
Ingredients:
  • Pork fillet 150gr
  • Staropramen Blonde 200 ml
  • Soy sauce 100 ml divided by 2 (50 ml with 50 ml)
  • Basmati rice 100 gr
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Red onion
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Red bell pepper
  • Sweet chilly sauce 50 ml
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Sesame 20 gr

Cooking equipment:
  • 1 cutting board
  • 1 chef knife
  • 1 medium pot
  • 1 wok pan (can be replaced with a sauce pan)
  • 1 strainer
  • 1 wooden spoon
  • 2 large bowls
    Dark beer BBQ marinade
    Ingredients & tools:

    • 1 large container or plastic bag
    • 1 steak (pork or beef desired cut)
    • Smoked paprika 17 gr
    • 5 Garlic cloves
    • Salt & pepper to taste
    • Staropramen Dark Beer 500 ml
    • Extra Virgin Olive-oil 50 ml
