HI my name is Cristi Prodan and i will be your chef for today. I come from a family of chefs and I have 13 years experience in HORECA with 4 years working in different countries: Germany, Austria and Greece with highly renowned chefs. I am sure you will have the time of your life today! Cooking is reflection of the soul!

What will we prepare?
We will prepare two delicious dishes with you!
PASTA CARBONARA
PANNA COTTA STRAWBERRIES

Below you will find a list of ingredients and cooking equipment that we will use during the event. Please note the quantity of ingredients is for 2 servings!
Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 gr. white flower
  • 110 gr. pancetta
  • 25 ml Extra Vergin Olive oil
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 40 gr. parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper according to own taste


    Pasta Carbonara
    Cooking equipment:
    • 1 medium bowl
    • 1 small bowl
    • 1 medium size cooking pot (to boil water)
    • 1 medium size frying pan (to cook bacon)
    • 1 pasta strainer
    • 1 fork
    • 1 chef knife
    • 1 wooden spatula
    • 1 cutting board
    Ingredients:
    • 125 ml milk
    • 60 gr sugar
    • 5 gr gelatin sheet
    • 1 vanilla bean or vanilla drops / essence
    • 125 ml of cream 30%+
    • 110 gr of strawberries
    • 5 gr powder sugar
    PANNA COTTA WITH STRAWBERRIES
    Cooking equipment:
    • 1 sauce pan
    • 1 spoon
    • 2 molds [can be glasses, capuccino cups etc.]
    • 1 small bowl for water
    • 1 knife for the vanilla bean
