HI my name is Cristi Prodan and i will be your chef for today. I come from a family of chefs and I have 13 years experience in HORECA with 4 years working in different countries: Germany, Austria and Greece with highly renowned chefs. I am sure you will have the time of your life today! Cooking is reflection of the soul!

What will we prepare?
We will prepare two delicious dishes with you!
PASTA ALLA NORMA
CHOCOLATE LAVA CAKE

Below you will find a list of ingredients and cooking equipment that we will use during the event. Please note the quantity of ingredients is for 2 servings!
Ingredients:
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 gr flower
  • 150 gr flower (to work with)
  • 25gr onion
  • 350 gr tomato sauce
  • 10 gr olive oil
  • 200 gr aubergine
  • 150 ml vegetable oil
  • 5 gr basil
  • 70 gr cherry tomatoes
  • 30 gr parmesan
  • 40 gr mozzarella (fior di latte)
Salt and pepper according to own taste
    Pasta alla Norma
    Cooking equipment:
    • 1 COOKING POT MEDIUM SIZE
    • 2 PANS
    • 1 ROLLING PIN
    • 1 CUTTING BOARD
    • 1 CHEF KNIFE
    • 1 STRAINER
    • 3 SMALL BOWLS (CAN BE REPLACED WITH A DEEP PLATE)
    • 1 BIG BOWL
    • 1 MEDIUM SIZE BOWL (CAN BE REPLACED WITH DEEP PLATE)
    • 1 WOODEN SPATULA
    • 1 LADLE
    • 1 FORK
    Ingredients:
    • 20 gr white flower
    • 40 gr sugar
    • 80 gr butter 80% fat
    • 80 gr dark chocolate min. 75% cocoa
    • 2 eggs
    Chocolate Lava Cake
    Cooking equipment:
    • 2 SILICON MUFFIN FORMS 150ml per form (or you can use a coffee mug but you will have to butter and put flower in it for the mix not to stick)
    • 1 whisk
    • 1 silicon spatula
    • 2 bowls
    • 1 kettle
