Introduction
Our Event Master will introduce you into the CulinaryOn's world while the Chef will share with you some of his secrets and present to you the recipes we are going to cook today, adding some of his little secrets.
Let's Start cooking! Positive attitude is key here
Our Chef will guide you through the process for each recipe, step by step and our Event Master will follow too since they will do the same dishes together with you.

Pasta with Duck Ragu
Ingredients Provided by Culinaryon:
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 gr White flour
  • 100 gr Semolina Flour
  • Duck Confit
  • Carrot
  • Onion
  • 50 ml Wine
  • 50 g Parmesan
  • Salt and pepper according to own taste

Cooking equipment:
  • 1 medium bowl
  • 1 medium-size cooking pot (to boil water)
  • 1 medium-size frying pan (to make the duck ragu)
  • 1 pasta strainer
  • 1 fork
  • 1 peeler
  • 1 laddle
  • 1 chef knife
  • 1 wooden spatula
  • 2 cutting board
  • 1 rolling pin
    Panna Cotta
    Ingredients Provided by Culinaryon:
    • 200 ml milk
    • 80 gr sugar
    • 5 gr gelatin sheet
    • 1 vanilla bean or vanilla drops / essence
    • 200 ml of cream 30%+
    • 80 gr sugar

    Cooking equipment:
    • 1 sauce pan
    • 1 spoon
    • 2 molds [can be glasses, capuccino cups etc
